Responsibilities

• Answer member inquiries and resolve account-related questions accurately and promptly
• Process transactions and update member information in our systems
• Provide information about credit union products and services
• Document interactions and maintain detailed call notes
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors
• Support the member experience during high-volume periods
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven customer service experience or equivalent background
