What This Role Involves

As a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician for Asset Living, you'll be the backbone of facilities operations across assigned properties. This hands-on position requires you to travel between multiple community locations throughout Colorado Springs, performing routine maintenance, responding to resident requests, and addressing equipment issues promptly. You'll take ownership of preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshoot problems efficiently, and maintain documentation of all work completed. This role demands strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities across various sites.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical components, and community equipment
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and property management in a timely manner
• Inspect, repair, and replace fixtures, appliances, and structural components at multiple locations
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and document all work performed
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors when specialized repairs are needed
• Ensure all properties meet safety codes and operating standards
• Travel between assigned property locations as needed throughout your shift

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in multi-site or property maintenance
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies as needed
