The Opportunity
As an Audi Master Guild Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for our most demanding diagnostic and repair work. This full-time position offers competitive compensation of $50–$65 per hour, based on your experience, plus relocation assistance. You'll work in a shop dedicated to European automotive excellence where your expertise is recognized and valued.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex Audi powertrain, electrical, and suspension systems using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Perform major service work, warranty repairs, and customer maintenance on precision European vehicles
- Manage customer communication regarding repairs, timelines, and technical findings
- Lead quality assurance and mentor junior technicians on best practices
- Source parts and coordinate with suppliers to optimize repair efficiency and turnaround time
What We're Looking For
- Audi Master Guild certification or equivalent master-level Audi technician credential
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience repairing Audi and premium European vehicles
- Proficiency with Audi diagnostic tools, software, and service information systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex electrical and mechanical systems
- Professional communication skills and commitment to excellent customer service
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
