Electrical Assembler – Power Generation

Innio, a global distributed energy solutions provider, is hiring an Electrical Assembler - Power Generation in Waller, Harris County, for our full-time manufacturing team. We design and manufacture high-performance power systems that deliver reliable, flexible, and efficient energy solutions for applications including data centers, industrial facilities, and critical infrastructure worldwide.

Role Overview

As an Electrical Assembler, you'll perform hands-on assembly and wiring operations for advanced power generation systems. This is a pivotal manufacturing role where precision, attention to detail, and technical skill directly impact the performance and safety of systems serving global customers. You'll work in a structured manufacturing environment at our Waller facility, contributing to the production of power systems under our Jenbacher and Waukesha brand families.

Core Duties

• Assemble electrical components and subassemblies according to technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Perform accurate wiring, soldering, and connection tasks on power generation equipment
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, functionality, and compliance with specifications
• Test electrical circuits and components using appropriate tools and equipment
• Maintain organized workstations and follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with technicians and quality control to resolve assembly issues

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with electrical assembly, wiring, or related manufacturing roles (or equivalent training)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Comfort with hand tools and basic electrical test equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• A safe, reliable work ethic and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
