Care Manager

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a full-time Care Manager in Mountain Lakes, Morris County to join our dedicated team. In this essential role, you'll provide compassionate, personalized support to our residents while building meaningful connections that enhance their quality of life every day.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Develop and maintain caring relationships with residents, understanding their preferences, needs, and personal histories
• Respond promptly and compassionately to resident requests and concerns throughout your shift
• Collaborate with nursing and care team members to ensure coordinated, quality resident care
• Document care activities and report observations to the care team lead
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents

• Ability to provide hands-on personal care assistance with patience and professionalism
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to assist with resident mobility and personal care as needed
