About the Role

As an Associate, Social Media Producer / Digital Content Creator at AIPAC, you'll play a key role in our digital communications strategy. This position sits within our Communications Department and focuses on developing authentic, impactful content that resonates with our audiences. You'll transform concepts into polished digital assets that advance our mission and campaigns. The role demands both creative vision and technical execution, with an emphasis on speed, quality, and brand consistency.

Core Duties

• Conceive, plan, and execute short-form video content optimized for social media platforms
• Design and produce graphics, animations, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
• Create static posts, captions, and multimedia content for sustained social media presence
• Manage rapid-turnaround production schedules to support timely campaign launches
• Collaborate with the Communications Department to ensure messaging consistency and strategic alignment
• Monitor platform performance and adapt content strategy based on audience engagement

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience creating social media content and digital media assets
• Proficiency in video production, editing, and motion graphics tools
• Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with design software
• Excellent written and visual communication abilities
