Laborer

HGC is now hiring a dedicated Laborer to join our growing team in Walnut Hills, Hamilton County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to play a direct, hands-on role in delivering quality work across our shop and jobsite operations, where your contributions directly impact project success.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform essential labor tasks across shop and jobsite environments
• Maintain safe working conditions by following all safety protocols and procedures
• Support production activities and ensure work meets quality standards
• Assist with material handling, equipment setup, and site preparation
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Report any safety concerns or damage promptly

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to perform regular physical labor and lift/carry items
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following safety guidelines
• Attention to detail and focus on quality in all tasks
• Ability to take direction and work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable, with consistent attendance and punctuality
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
