HR AI Enablement Leader

GE Aerospace is seeking an HR AI Enablement Leader to drive the strategic adoption of artificial intelligence across its human resources function in International, King County. This full-time position is central to transforming how HR operates, making smarter decisions, and delivering enhanced support to our workforce.

About This Position

As our HR AI Enablement Leader, you'll spearhead the organization's journey to embed artificial intelligence throughout HR operations. This is a strategic role where you'll identify emerging AI opportunities, design sustainable solutions, and champion a culture of innovation within the HR function. You'll work at the intersection of technology, HR strategy, and change management to ensure our people leaders and HR teams can harness AI responsibly and effectively.

What You'll Do

• Assess current HR processes and identify high-impact opportunities where AI can enhance service delivery, decision-making, or employee experience
• Design and build AI adoption frameworks, implementation playbooks, and governance models tailored to HR's needs
• Partner with technology, analytics, and business leaders to implement AI technologies as concrete HR solutions
• Lead change management initiatives that build HR team confidence and competency in using AI tools
• Establish metrics to measure the impact of AI enablement on HR outcomes and organizational goals
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices in human resources

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR strategy, operations, or transformation leadership
• Demonstrated understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, or related technologies in business applications
• Strong track record in program management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable HR strategies
• Change management expertise and comfort navigating ambiguity in emerging domains
• Excellent communication and executive presence
