Regional Campaigns Director – Remote

Position Summary

As Regional Campaigns Director, you'll shape reproductive health policy and public engagement across the Washington, D.C. area. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead cutting-edge advocacy campaigns that protect and expand access to sexual and reproductive health care. You'll work at the intersection of grassroots mobilization, public education, and strategic partnerships to advance the organization's mission at the regional level.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and oversee regional campaigns that advance Planned Parenthood's reproductive health and advocacy goals
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations, health centers, and advocacy groups across the region
• Coordinate grassroots mobilization efforts and community engagement activities
• Create and implement campaign strategies, including messaging, timelines, and resource allocation
• Oversee communications and outreach to ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all campaign channels
• Monitor regional policy developments and adapt campaigns to respond to emerging opportunities and threats
• Collaborate with Planned Parenthood teams at all levels to ensure alignment and resource sharing

What You Bring

• Proven track record leading complex campaigns or large-scale advocacy initiatives
• Strong background in community organizing, policy advocacy, or political campaigns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with diverse audiences
• Strategic thinking and project management abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to reproductive health, social justice, and health equity
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage team collaboration across distributed locations
• Leadership experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
