Role Overview

As a Service Supervisor I-II in Cementing, you will oversee cementing operations in the field, ensuring quality execution, regulatory compliance, and safety across every job. You'll manage crew performance, coordinate logistics, and maintain direct accountability for service delivery on wells throughout the region. This supervisory role combines technical expertise with hands-on team leadership, positioning you at the center of Halliburton's cementing operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise cementing crews during well operations, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and timelines
• Monitor equipment performance and material quality; coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and inspections; enforce compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Troubleshoot operational issues on location and implement corrective actions in real time
• Document job performance, maintain records, and communicate status updates to operations management
• Train and mentor crew members; assess competency and performance

What You Bring

• Proven supervisory or lead experience in oilfield services, preferably in cementing or similar disciplines
• Strong technical knowledge of well cementing operations, equipment, and best practices
• Solid safety mindset with ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as field operations require
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the service territory
