About the Role

As a Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) Vice President at CBRE, you will own the end-to-end appraisal process for properties ranging from modest holdings to large, complex assets. Sitting within the firm's Valuation function, this role centers on inspecting, analyzing, and accurately establishing the worth of land, real estate, and businesses for the clients who depend on these insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce thorough valuation reports for small, mid-sized, and large properties.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess condition, characteristics, and market context.
• Determine the fair value of land, property, and business interests through rigorous appraisal analysis.
• Build detailed estimates grounded in market data, comparable sales, and sound valuation methodology.
• Deliver clear, defensible findings that support client decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial real estate valuation, appraisal, or advisory services.
• Strong analytical skills and a meticulous, detail-driven approach to estimating property value.
• Confidence inspecting and evaluating land, property, and business assets firsthand.
• Excellent written communication for preparing professional, well-supported valuation reports.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Sunrise, Broward County.
