Position Summary

As a Cell Therapy Manufacturing Specialist at our South San Francisco facility, you'll play a critical role in the production, processing, and quality assurance of cell-based therapies. This full-time position offers compensation ranging from $35 to $38.50 per hour. Working within a highly regulated, innovative manufacturing setting, you'll apply precision techniques and rigorous protocols to ensure the safety and efficacy of every batch that advances toward clinical use.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute cell culture, processing, and preparation procedures according to established protocols and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Monitor and document all manufacturing activities, test results, and quality parameters to maintain full traceability and regulatory compliance
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain specialized manufacturing equipment and instrumentation
• Perform quality control testing and analysis to verify product specifications and safety standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality assurance, engineering, and regulatory affairs to support seamless manufacturing operations
• Identify and report deviations, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve manufacturing processes
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols, contamination prevention procedures, and facility guidelines

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in cell culture, biomanufacturing, or related laboratory and manufacturing roles
• Solid understanding of quality control, cGMP principles, and regulatory compliance in manufacturing settings
• Hands-on proficiency with laboratory equipment and the ability to master new instrumentation quickly
• Strong attention to detail, organizational discipline, and commitment to meticulous documentation and record-keeping
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, team-oriented, and fast-paced manufacturing environment
