Role Overview

As a Speciality Client Partner, you will serve as the primary strategic contact for our healthcare clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with payers and providers across assigned regions. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry while supporting client growth and satisfaction. You'll be instrumental in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual success.

Core Duties

• Develop and strengthen relationships with healthcare payer and provider clients across the Eastern and Central regions
• Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries, escalations, and strategic initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive support and integrated solutions
• Identify client needs and opportunities for business growth and service expansion
• Monitor client satisfaction and partnership outcomes, implementing improvements where needed
• Prepare regular reports and updates on client engagement and business performance

What You Bring

• Experience in client relationship management, account management, or healthcare partnership roles
• Knowledge of healthcare payer and provider operations, landscapes, and industry challenges
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage at all organizational levels
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and proactive approach to client success
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business productivity tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams
• Comfort supporting clients across multiple time zones in the Eastern and Central regions
