As a Fitness Trainer with Planet Fitness-United Fitness Partners, you'll work in one of the region's most welcoming fitness environments, guiding diverse members toward their health and wellness goals. Core Duties

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with new and existing members to understand their goals and current fitness level
• Design and implement personalized training programs tailored to individual member needs, abilities, and objectives
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and form to ensure member safety and effectiveness
• Provide ongoing motivation, accountability, and progress tracking throughout members' fitness journeys
• Educate members on exercise fundamentals, nutrition basics, and sustainable lifestyle habits
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized fitness environment
• Build strong relationships with members and contribute to a positive, supportive gym culture

Who We're Looking For

• Current personal training certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to adapt to different learning styles
• Genuine passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their health goals
• Knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and proper training principles
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
