About the Role
As the senior on-site leader for this program, you'll manage large, multi-site logistics and sustainment operations supporting Marine special operations command. This is a high-impact leadership position where you serve as the primary customer interface, overseeing all program strategy, execution, and day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site operations and serve as the primary customer point of contact for all program activities
- Direct workforce planning, management, and performance oversight across multiple sites
- Manage logistics and sustainment functions to support mission requirements
- Coordinate with Marine special operations command stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure compliance with military and contractual operational standards
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and mission success
What You Bring
- Active SECRET security clearance (required)
- Proven program or operations management experience in military, government, or large-scale logistics environments
- Experience leading teams and managing complex, multi-site operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning capabilities
- Knowledge of military logistics, sustainment, or related operational disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with military partners and government stakeholders
