What This Role Involves

As a Food/Consumables Team Associate, you'll be essential to Walmart's grocery operations in West Miami. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $15 to $28 per hour, with additional compensation through performance incentives and schedule-based premiums. You'll ensure products are properly stocked, fresh, and accessible for customers, working collaboratively with teammates to maintain high standards and meet our department's daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and merchandise food and consumables throughout the department according to company standards
• Rotate products to maintain freshness and remove expired or damaged items
• Maintain clean, well-organized, and visually attractive product displays and shelving
• Assist customers in locating items and answer questions about products and availability
• Work with team members to accomplish daily operational targets and department objectives
• Uphold all food safety and store compliance standards at all times
