Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture strategic relationships with assigned client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
• Conduct regular business reviews and assessments to understand client objectives and ensure maximum value realization
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to implement solutions, resolve challenges, and drive adoption
• Proactively identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of WorkForce Software solutions
• Guide clients through onboarding processes and provide ongoing support and training
• Monitor client health metrics and engagement to ensure continued satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with product and support teams to communicate client feedback and feature requests
