Position Summary

As a full-time teller at Somerset Trust Company's Brownsville location, you'll be the welcoming face of our branch, greeting customers and providing efficient, accurate banking services every day. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with our community while handling essential financial transactions and identifying ways to connect customers with the right products and services for their needs.

Core Duties

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments with accuracy and attention to detail
• Greet customers warmly and provide personable, efficient service that reflects Somerset Trust Company's commitment to excellence
• Explain banking products and services to customers, answering questions and building confidence in our offerings
• Identify and refer qualified customers to appropriate banking solutions and opportunities
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all banking regulations and company policies
• Balance your drawer and contribute to a smooth, organized branch environment
