Prelitigation Paralegal

Join Daniel Stark Law as a Prelitigation Paralegal and support our team in delivering effective legal representation to clients across the United States. This full-time position is based in the US and offers the opportunity to play a critical role in the early stages of personal injury cases.

What This Role Involves

As a Prelitigation Paralegal at Daniel Stark Law, you will be central to investigating claims, preparing cases, and maintaining strong client relationships. You'll work closely with attorneys to develop case strategies, coordinate with witnesses and clients, and ensure all documentation is thorough and organized. This is more than administrative support—you'll be a valued member of our legal team, contributing to every phase of case development from initial intake through trial readiness.

Core Duties

• Meet with clients and witnesses to gather information and document case details
• Conduct factual investigations and organize evidence for attorney review
• Draft legal documents, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests
• Manage discovery responses and track all case deadlines and court filings
• Schedule depositions, consultations, and court appearances
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with firm procedures
• Prepare materials for client consultations and case strategy meetings

Skills & Qualifications

• Paralegal certification or equivalent training in litigation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with legal research tools, case management software, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail
• Experience with personal injury or civil litigation preferred
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact professionally with clients and opposing counsel
