Position Summary

As a Benefits Sales Representative, you'll work directly with families to understand their financial goals and deliver protection strategies that matter most. This role centers on consultative selling—listening to client needs, presenting tailored benefits options, and helping each family build a plan for lasting security. You'll be the trusted advisor who makes complex financial protection straightforward and accessible.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their asset protection and future planning needs
• Present benefits packages and financial protection solutions that align with each family's goals
• Guide clients through policy options, coverage details, and enrollment procedures
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term satisfaction and retention
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications
