Gr8ttek, LLC seeks an IT Field Support Technician to deliver on-site technical support to clients throughout Las Vegas, Clark County. This is a full-time position supporting our Infrastructure Delivery team.
About This Position
Join Gr8ttek, LLC's Infrastructure Delivery team as an IT Field Support Technician, where you'll provide hands-on technical support directly to clients across the Las Vegas area. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, you'll be the trusted technology partner clients call when they need reliable IT solutions. We take a SWAT team approach—matching skilled technicians with client needs to build lasting partnerships and deliver measurable results.
Your Responsibilities
- Travel to client locations throughout Las Vegas and Clark County to deliver field-based technical support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, hardware, and networking systems
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with clients and the Territory Supervisor to ensure service quality and client satisfaction
- Support Infrastructure Delivery initiatives for assigned client accounts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT field support, technical services, or systems administration
- Working knowledge of hardware installation, troubleshooting, and configuration
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular client site visits
- Professional communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to document technical work clearly and maintain organized records
