Role Overview

Paideia Academy is seeking dedicated educators for full-time teaching roles. This is an ongoing recruitment initiative designed to build a pipeline of qualified instructors for our classrooms. Teaching positions will be filled as openings occur throughout the academic year.

Core Duties

• Design and deliver standards-based instruction that engages and challenges students
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans responsive to diverse learning styles and needs
• Use formative and summative assessments to track student progress
• Foster a respectful, inclusive classroom where all students feel supported
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Communicate with families about student achievement and areas for growth
• Participate in professional development and school community initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate teaching field (required for most positions; exceptions will be considered)
• Teaching experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to pursue and obtain teacher certification through ACCS within one year of employment
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and educational best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively within a school community
