Digital Assets and Payments Product Lead

Deloitte is seeking a Digital Assets and Payments Product Lead to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of next-generation financial technology solutions. Based in Uptown, Indiana, this full-time role offers the opportunity to lead product innovation at the intersection of digital payments, blockchain, and emerging financial infrastructure—shaping how businesses and their customers transact in the digital economy.

About the Role

As Digital Assets and Payments Product Lead, you'll own the product vision and execution for a portfolio of solutions that address the rapidly evolving fintech landscape. You'll collaborate across engineering, design, consulting, and go-to-market teams to define product strategy, prioritize roadmap initiatives, and deliver differentiated capabilities that solve real client challenges in payments, digital asset management, and financial innovation.

What You'll Do

• Define and communicate product strategy, vision, and roadmap for digital payments and blockchain-based asset solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle—from discovery and market research to launch and optimization
• Translate client needs and market trends into compelling product requirements and technical specifications
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of product solutions
• Drive adoption through go-to-market planning, competitive positioning, and client engagement strategies
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in fintech and digital assets
• Work with internal stakeholders and external clients to validate concepts and gather feedback for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, digital payments, blockchain, or financial services technology
• Proven track record shipping complex, regulated, or infrastructure-heavy products in a fast-moving environment
• Deep understanding of payments infrastructure, digital asset platforms, or blockchain technology
• Strong business acumen with ability to define success metrics and drive product adoption
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and leading through rapid iteration and change
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
