What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic vision that aligns with company initiatives and local market conditions
• Direct and supervise the management team and hourly associates in daily operations and company strategies
• Oversee facility operations, inventory management, and merchandising to maximize store sales and customer experience
• Build, mentor, and develop managers and store associates for career growth and team retention
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Drive store performance through effective financial management and operational efficiency
