What You'll Do
- Counsel clients on comprehensive estate and wealth transfer strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related planning tools
- Draft and prepare estate planning documents with precision and care
- Manage trust administration matters and guide clients through the settlement process
- Handle probate matters, ensuring compliance and protecting client interests
- Research applicable law and provide practical advice on estate planning options
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver timely, high-quality service to clients
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor and active Wisconsin bar license
