As Principal of GTM Strategy & Ops, you'll drive business growth and operational excellence across our advertising platform, working to delight customers and shape the future of Amazon's advertising solutions.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned strategy and operations leader to join Amazon Ads. In this Principal-level position, you'll own the strategic direction and operational execution that enables Amazon's advertising business to scale and succeed globally. You'll work at the intersection of customer obsession, business innovation, and operational rigor—defining how our advertising platform grows and evolves.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and customer value across Amazon Ads
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning product, sales, marketing, and finance to align strategy with execution
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to identify strategic opportunities
• Design and implement operational frameworks that enable scalable, efficient growth
• Define success metrics and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization
• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic vision into business outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in go-to-market strategy, business operations, or related leadership roles
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable results
• Strong strategic thinking combined with operational rigor and analytical capability
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
• Deep familiarity with digital advertising, cloud platforms, or enterprise B2B business models
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
