About the Role

ARR Healthcare is recruiting a medical doctor or osteopathic physician to join our Family Practice team in New York. This full-time position offers the opportunity to practice evidence-based family medicine and primary care in a structured office setting with Monday through Friday hours. You'll work within an established healthcare system equipped to support your clinical practice and patient care goals, with an available start date as soon as possible.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care and family medicine services to patients across the lifespan
• Conduct patient assessments, clinical evaluations, and treatment planning
• Manage acute and chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and respiratory illness
• Deliver preventive care, health screenings, immunizations, and wellness counseling
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and documentation
• Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care with other providers
• Work Monday through Friday in traditional office hours

What We're Looking For

• MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) degree from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted medical license to practice in New York State
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine preferred
• Demonstrated clinical experience in primary care and family medicine
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative approach to healthcare delivery and team-based practice
