Customer Service Professional III

UL, LLC is hiring a Customer Service Professional III in Lowell, Benton County to serve as the primary liaison for customers navigating our testing and certification services. This full-time position places you at the center of the customer experience, connecting clients with the testing solutions they need and guiding them seamlessly from initial consultation through final report delivery.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Professional III, you'll own the customer relationship throughout the entire testing and certification process. You'll be the trusted contact customers reach out to when they first identify a need for testing services, and you'll remain their advocate through completion. Your expertise and attention to detail ensure customers receive clear guidance, timely support, and accurate information at every stage of their project.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers from initial inquiry through receipt of final test reports
• Guide customers through onboarding procedures and explain testing and certification requirements in clear, accessible language
• Collect, organize, and verify documentation required for testing services
• Coordinate between customers and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution
• Track customer requests and maintain accurate records throughout the testing lifecycle
• Address customer questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and clarity
• Ensure all interactions and processes comply with established procedures and service standards
