About the Role

As an AP Clerk with Robert Half, you'll manage critical payment workflows and vendor relationships that keep our financial operations running smoothly. You'll work directly with the accounting team to process vendor payments, maintain financial records, and resolve discrepancies that arise during the month—all while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.

What You'll Do

• Process incoming invoices through our accounting system, verifying accuracy and completeness before payment
• Maintain and update vendor master records, ensuring current contact information and payment terms
• Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable to identify and investigate variances
• Issue timely payments to vendors while adhering to company payment policies and terms
• Support audit preparation and respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and account status
• Assist with month-end closing activities and general ledger reconciliation as needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in accounts payable, data entry, or related accounting clerical roles
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
