About the Role

This Assistant Teacher position in our Childtime program puts you at the heart of a child's formative years. You'll work alongside our teaching team to create classrooms where children feel safe, valued, and eager to learn. Your work involves implementing developmentally appropriate activities, maintaining clean and compliant facilities, and ensuring every child receives quality care that meets our high standards and all applicable licensing requirements.

What You'll Do

• Supervise children during daily activities, prioritizing their safety and physical well-being
• Partner with lead teachers to develop and carry out age-appropriate, engaging learning experiences
• Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills through play and structured instruction
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization in compliance with state childcare licensing standards
• Support families through regular updates about their child's experiences and milestones
• Model respectful behavior and coach children in emotional awareness and conflict resolution
• Assist with meals, snack time, transitions, and other daily routines
