About the Role

We're seeking a friendly, organized Front Desk Representative to welcome members, manage check-ins, and maintain our facility's welcoming atmosphere during evening shifts. You'll be the face of our club during high-traffic hours, ensuring every visit meets Excel Fitness's commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do

• Greet and check in members with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Keep the front desk and facility areas clean, organized, and inviting
• Manage the Planet Fitness mobile app and assist members with app features and account updates
• Perform regular facility inspections to ensure club areas meet Excel Fitness standards
• Complete all required safety and operational training before assuming full duties
• Support the member experience by answering questions and handling routine inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and follow all facility protocols
