What You'll Do
- Develop, maintain, and refine program plans, schedules, and milestones aligned with organizational and customer objectives
- Coordinate planning activities across multiple departments and external partners to ensure integrated program execution
- Identify, assess, and manage program risks and mitigation strategies throughout the program lifecycle
- Monitor program progress against established baselines and implement corrective actions as needed
- Prepare and deliver status reports, analyses, and briefings to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and customer requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to optimize resource allocation and program performance
- Travel approximately 10% of the time to support program meetings and customer engagements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, project management, or related field
- Professional experience in program planning, project management, or related roles within defense, aerospace, or technology sectors
- Demonstrated capability in developing and managing program schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Proficiency with program management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel up to 10% annually
