Senior Accountant

About the Role

As Senior Accountant, you'll manage core accounting functions and serve as a key contributor to our financial operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive month-end and year-end close cycles, maintain our accounting systems, and ensure our financial records remain accurate and fully compliant with applicable standards.

What You'll Do

• Oversee general ledger management, reconcile accounts, and complete monthly and annual closing processes
• Prepare and review financial statements, supporting schedules, and related documentation
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting functions
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to support compliance and audit activities
• Develop and implement process improvements and internal controls to strengthen accounting operations
• Mentor junior accounting staff and support team members across the finance function
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and all applicable regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including prior experience in a senior or supervisory role
• Proficiency with accounting software platforms and general ledger systems
• Strong grasp of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
• Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to manage competing priorities
• Clear communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments
• Experience with audit coordination and internal control frameworks is valued
