Bridgewell is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) for Department 310 in Dracut, Middlesex County, to deliver compassionate, hands-on care to individuals living with disabilities and other life challenges.
About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) with Bridgewell in Dracut, you will play a central part in helping the people we serve lead safe, self-directed, and meaningful lives. Working on-site within Department 310, you'll provide the daily support and personal care that make independence possible. This is a full-time, in-person position — not a remote role — ideal for caregivers who want their work to have a direct, lasting impact in the Middlesex County community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, mobility, and meals.
- Promote each person's dignity, choice, and independence while delivering attentive, person-centered care.
- Monitor and document health and wellbeing, reporting changes to nursing and program staff.
- Support a safe, clean, and welcoming environment within community housing and day program settings.
- Collaborate with the Department 310 care team to carry out individualized support plans.
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) certification.
- A genuine commitment to supporting people with disabilities and other life challenges.
- Patience, reliability, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Dracut, Middlesex County, in a full-time capacity.
