Quantum Industrial Services is hiring an experienced Industrial HVAC Technician to join our team in Gilbert, Maricopa County. About the Role
You'll maintain and repair large-scale HVAC systems in commercial and industrial facilities across the region. This is a full-time position for someone who brings technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to quality workmanship to every job.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment in complex industrial and commercial environments
- Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration, heating, and cooling systems
- Work independently in the field with minimal supervision, using sound judgment to solve technical problems
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to understand system design
- Test system performance, make adjustments, and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings to supervisors and clients
- Take ownership of projects from diagnosis through completion
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working with industrial HVAC systems and commercial cooling equipment
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work through complex problems
- Valid EPA certification and appropriate industry licenses required
- Comfort working independently and making sound technical decisions in the field
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Willingness to take ownership and deliver high-quality work consistently
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
