Veeva Sr. Developer

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Veeva Sr. Developer to join our regulatory technology team in Atlanta, Fulton County. In this full-time role, you'll architect and implement Veeva-based solutions that help global life sciences companies strengthen their regulatory compliance and quality management practices.

About the Role

As a Senior Developer focused on Veeva technologies, you'll take ownership of designing, configuring, and optimizing enterprise regulatory solutions. Your work will directly impact how life sciences organizations manage their most critical compliance operations, from regulatory submissions to quality documentation workflows. You'll partner with regulatory affairs teams, quality leadership, and other departments to translate business requirements into robust Veeva implementations.

What You'll Do

• Design and configure Veeva Vault solutions tailored to regulatory and quality management needs
• Develop custom code and integrations to extend Veeva platform capabilities
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance within Veeva environments
• Lead testing, validation, and deployment of regulatory solutions
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful system adoption across teams
• Document solutions, configurations, and technical specifications for knowledge transfer

What We're Looking For

• Deep expertise in Veeva Vault platform development and administration
• Proven experience configuring and customizing Veeva solutions for life sciences organizations
• Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and Veeva API development
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and quality management systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with system integration and data management in enterprise environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
