About the Role

As an inpatient LPN at Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre, you'll deliver direct patient care on our hospital units, working collaboratively with nursing teams and physicians to support patient recovery and comfort. This is a hands-on clinical position where your skills make an immediate difference in patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and healthcare providers
• Monitor patient vital signs, collect clinical data, and report changes to the nursing team
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient hygiene and comfort
• Administer routine nursing care and support treatment procedures as directed
• Communicate with patients and families to address care needs and concerns
• Maintain accurate and timely patient care documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams in a fast-paced hospital environment

What We're Looking For

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license (or eligible to obtain)
• Compassion, attention to detail, and strong clinical fundamentals
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
• Willingness to work various shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends
