Matti’s House – Psychiatric Technician

Catch Inc is seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Technician to join Matti's House in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time position offers weekend overnight shifts (12:00 AM to 8:00 AM) providing essential residential support to clients in recovery.

About the Role

Working nights and weekends at Matti's House, you'll be a key member of our residential care team, supporting clients through daily challenges and recovery milestones. This overnight role maintains the safe, structured environment clients need to build independence and wellness.

What You'll Do

• Support clients with daily activities and personal care needs during overnight hours
• Partner with the care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Guide clients toward independent living and community-based programs through gradual transitions
• Provide counseling support and skills training to strengthen coping and resilience
• Document client observations and maintain accurate care records
• Monitor and respond to client needs throughout overnight shifts
