About the Role

In this full-time position, you'll direct kitchen operations while serving in an oversight capacity for food service management. You'll combine hands-on culinary expertise with leadership responsibility, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and efficiency across all food preparation and service activities. Your role is essential to delivering the dining standards our guests expect and our team depends on.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff to maintain rigorous food quality and preparation standards
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure consistency with company specifications
• Manage food inventory, purchasing, and costs while optimizing operational efficiency
• Implement and enforce comprehensive food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and health code compliance
• Collaborate with management on menu development, service planning, and operational improvements
• Train, mentor, and develop culinary team members in skills, techniques, and professional standards
• Monitor kitchen equipment, coordinate maintenance, and address operational challenges

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Sous Chef or in a comparable senior culinary leadership position
• Demonstrated proficiency in large-scale food production and kitchen management operations
