About the Role

As an evening kitchen associate at our Hoover, Alabama location, you'll be essential to our kitchen operations during peak afternoon and evening hours. This full-time position runs 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, five days each week, providing stable, consistent scheduling and the opportunity to be part of a high-performing culinary team.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items to Chick-fil-A quality standards during your assigned shift
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols throughout kitchen operations
• Set up and organize cooking stations and ingredient inventory
• Collaborate with teammates to meet customer demand during busy service periods
• Follow established recipes and food preparation procedures consistently
• Support overall kitchen efficiency and team productivity
