Manufacturing Manager

J&J Family of Companies is hiring a Manufacturing Manager for our Raynham Center facility in Bristol County. This is a full-time position leading production operations for a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment where precision and quality directly impact patient outcomes.

About the Role

As Manufacturing Manager at our Raynham Center location, you'll oversee daily production operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational efficiency across your assigned manufacturing lines or departments. You'll partner with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to deliver medical devices and healthcare products that meet the highest standards. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving in a regulated manufacturing setting.

What You'll Do

• Direct manufacturing floor operations, supervising production teams and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols
• Monitor production schedules, capacity utilization, and output metrics to meet customer demand and business targets
• Maintain FDA and pharmaceutical/medical device compliance standards, coordinating audits and regulatory documentation
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality and cost-effectiveness
• Lead root-cause analysis on production issues and execute corrective actions
• Manage inventory, materials, and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime
• Partner with quality and engineering teams on product specifications, testing protocols, and manufacturing feasibility
• Report on key performance indicators and production metrics to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of manufacturing management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP standards, and quality management systems
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop direct reports
• Experience with production planning, inventory management, and process optimization methodologies
• Proficiency with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and data analysis
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
