This full-time role is essential to keeping our fabrication and steel construction projects moving smoothly on schedule and within budget.
About the Role
As our Construction Logistics & Planning Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of how we execute industrial construction work. You'll manage schedules, coordinate material flow, track project timelines, and ensure teams have everything they need when they need it. This position reports to the construction management team and works across all phases of planning and execution for tank and steel structure projects.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using planning software and industry best practices
- Coordinate material procurement, delivery, and staging for job sites to minimize delays
- Track project progress, identify scheduling conflicts, and propose solutions to keep work on track
- Communicate logistics plans and updates to construction crews, management, and external partners
- Manage logistics documents, permits, safety records, and compliance requirements for industrial projects
- Support resource planning to ensure crews and equipment are allocated efficiently
- Assist in cost tracking and budget management for logistics and scheduling activities
What We're Looking For
- Experience in construction planning, logistics coordination, or construction project management
- Familiarity with construction scheduling software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to work on-site in an industrial construction environment
- Knowledge of industrial construction, fabrication, or steel work is a plus
