About the Role

As Regional VP, Strategic New Logo at Jfrog, you'll own the complete go-to-market strategy for new enterprise client acquisition in your assigned territory. This full-time leadership position puts you at the forefront of the DevOps revolution, partnering with visionary companies to modernize their software development practices. Your region is a key market for Jfrog, and you'll have the autonomy and resources to build a high-performing sales organization that captures strategic new logos and establishes Jfrog as the platform of choice for enterprise teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead regional sales strategy focused on acquiring strategic new customers and expanding market share
• Build and mentor a high-performing sales team to execute territory plans and exceed revenue targets
• Develop and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at enterprise accounts
• Create competitive win strategies and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Forecast regional pipeline and results with accuracy and transparency
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful client outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record leading enterprise software sales teams and closing significant new business
• Extensive experience in technology sales leadership, including time in a regional or VP-level role
• Deep understanding of DevOps, continuous delivery, or software development tooling markets
• Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams
• Consultative, relationship-driven sales approach with strong deal-closing ability
• Experience navigating complex organizational structures and extended sales cycles
• Willingness to travel as needed within your region to support customers and your team
