About the Role

What You'll Do

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards
• Load and operate commercial dishwashing machines
• Maintain organized dish pit and storage areas
• Assist with general kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
• Work efficiently during peak service times
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure operations run smoothly
