What You'll Do

• Design and build eye-catching product displays that showcase in-demand merchandise and seasonal offerings throughout the store
• Execute merchandising strategies and planograms to optimize product visibility, accessibility, and sales performance
• Serve as the connection point between the Merchandising Services Team and Store Operations, ensuring consistent implementation of display changes and promotions
• Stock, organize, and maintain products according to merchandising standards and company guidelines
• Support promotional events and sales initiatives through strategic product placement and visual presentation
• Maintain clean, organized merchandise areas that reflect Lowe's standards and enhance the shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate merchandising activities and updates
