AFORGE LLC is seeking a Management Analyst II with Security Clearance for a full-time position in Woodbridge, Monroe County. In this role, you'll transform data and research into strategic insights that drive Government decision-making and program success.
About the Role
As a Management Analyst II, you'll serve as a critical analyst for Government clients, interpreting complex operational data and research to recommend solutions that improve program efficiency and effectiveness. You'll work across multiple information sources—quantitative databases, technical documentation, historical records, and stakeholder input—to build a complete picture of program needs and identify pathways forward.
What You'll Do
- Gather and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to support Government decision-making
- Research program requirements, operational needs, technical documentation, and historical information to inform recommendations
- Develop clear, comprehensive reports and briefings that translate findings for Government leadership
- Evaluate current processes and operations to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with internal and client teams to ensure analytical accuracy and alignment
- Document methodology and findings in professional formats meeting Government standards
What We're Looking For
- Active or Secret security clearance required (or ability to obtain one); Top Secret clearance preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience in management analysis, business analysis, Government consulting, or data analysis
- Strong research capabilities and skill in synthesizing complex information into actionable insights
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, statistics, economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet Government timelines independently
