About the Role

This is an owner operator position where you operate your own truck under Baggett Transportation's freight network. As an independent contractor, you'll retain significant earning potential while accessing steady loads, fair deductions, and dedicated road support that make owner operation viable and profitable.

What You'll Do

• Haul freight on flatbed and stepdeck trailers across regional and long-haul routes
• Manage your own truck maintenance, fuel, and operational costs
• Coordinate with dispatch for load assignments and route optimization
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
• Communicate with shippers, receivers, and the logistics team throughout shipments

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL Class A with required endorsements and current medical certification
• Minimum two years of over-the-road (OTR) trucking experience
• Clean driving record and satisfactory background clearance
• Reliable, well-maintained truck capable of flatbed hauling
• Professional communication skills and reliability
• Ability to work independently and manage business operations
• Solo or team operation experience both accepted
