About the Role

This is a full-time, dedicated truck driving position with Hirschbach Motor Lines' MW Smithfield fleet. As a dedicated driver, you'll operate the same routes regularly across a consistent network, building reliable relationships with shippers and receivers while maintaining the safety and efficiency standards that define professional trucking operations.

What You'll Do

• Operate a commercial vehicle across dedicated routes throughout Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina
• Transport freight safely and on schedule according to company standards and DOT regulations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance reports
• Maintain consistent dispatch availability to support fleet operations
• Comply with all federal and state transportation regulations and company safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
• Ability to commit to six days of availability for dispatch assignments
• Professional approach to safety, customer service, and reliability
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Commitment to following regulated driving hours and DOT rest requirements
