Sagility is seeking a full-time Temporary Recruiter to support our growing team across the United States. About the Role

As a Temporary Recruiter at Sagility, you'll play a key part in identifying and attracting talent to support our business growth. Working directly with hiring managers across our organization, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting and candidate sourcing through interview scheduling and offer coordination. Your work will directly impact our ability to build strong teams that deliver clinical, case management, member engagement, provider, payment integrity, and analytics solutions to our healthcare clients.

What You'll Do

• Source and screen candidates using job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach
• Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment progress using our applicant tracking system
• Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinate with team leads to understand open positions and required qualifications
• Post job openings and promote opportunities across relevant channels
• Support the recruitment process from posting through offer acceptance
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation

What We're Looking For

• Experience with recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR functions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple candidate inquiries and hiring timelines simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software
• Attention to detail and organized approach to candidate management
• Enthusiasm for learning about healthcare and business process management
