About the Role

As an Inhouse Sales Representative, you're the face of Travel + Leisure Co. to prospective members. You'll conduct consultations and engaging sales presentations, answering questions about our vacation ownership and travel membership offerings. Your role centers on building trust, identifying member needs, and guiding decisions that lead to meaningful travel opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Conduct personalized sales consultations and property presentations for prospective members
• Explain vacation ownership plans, travel club benefits, and lifestyle membership options
• Identify client needs and recommend solutions that match their travel goals
• Address objections, negotiate terms, and work toward closing sales
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and transactions
• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing members
• Meet and exceed personal sales targets and company goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects our commitment to putting the world on vacation

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience, ideally in hospitality, travel, real estate, or membership-based businesses
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Professional demeanor and enthusiasm for travel and vacation experiences
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time on-site in Edgewood
